I’m already seeing a therapist. How is coaching different?

Therapy gives you a breadth of perspectives, to re-examine a past situation.

It’s like taking a chair and putting it in the middle of the room, then backing up and looking at it from every angle, to get all the different views.

Coaching is sitting in the chair, and turning it into the driver’s seat — so you can reclaim agency over your actions (and attitudes), put the pedal to the metal, and vroom forward towards your best possible self.

Therapy is a clinical relationship, while coaching is an in-your-face partnership. As your coach, I’m kinda like your driving instructor.

It’s my job to make you feel LOVED, to talk to you frankly (like a wise girlfriend, with an edge), provide you with techniques and tools to grow safely, at your own speed, and to NEVER let you get away with the bad habits that are bogging you down.

Do I need stop working with my therapist?

That’s not for me to decide. You need to curate the support team that works best for YOU.

However: if you’ve been working with a therapist for 5 years or more, and are seeing very little progress, assess the evidence honestly — and make an informed decision.

Do you only coach people who live in Los Angeles?

Nope. I have clients all around the globe — in the UK, Australia, Denmark, the Ukraine, Jamaica, Columbia, and the United States, to name a few.

We’ll primarily work together over the phone — which is ideal, as it allows you to relax, shut your eyes and plug into the evocative feelings — rather than worrying about how you look, how you’re sitting, or what I think about your shoes.

How do we get started?

We’ll begin with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session, to check into your current wellness obstacles and patterns. We’ll gauge each other’s energy, and figure out if we’re a good coaching match. Then — if we decide to work together — we’ll determine what you need to feel safe, through the entire process. Our shared goal is to design a sacred space — an environment for you to experience deep catharsis, with total guidance and support.

What can I expect from our coaching sessions?

You can expect love, support, learned wisdom…and my undivided attention.

A playful + sensitive space to poke (and break) your deepest, darkest patterns of self-loathing.

Step-by-step action plans, to keep the energy moving forward.

Major paradigm shifts and perspective flips, in terms of how you perceive yourself, your health, and your ability to heal.

COMPLETE and total confidentiality. Always. And without question.

How did you become a coach? What are your qualifications?

I’ve experienced outrageous levels of pain and misfortune, from a very early age — and well into my adult life (you can read my story, right here).

But I burst through the agony, and realized that I was gifted at helping other women do the same.

I like to say that I have a PhD in street smarts, and a Master’s degree in mind-body alignment.

Professionally-speaking, I have a certification in Anusara Yoga, and have been a practicing yoga instructor for nearly a decade.

I’ve studied with Tantric practitioners, meditation teachers and world-renowned healers, across the globe.

My coaching philosophy can be summed up in a single sentence:

Can I book a single session, or do I have to complete a whole series?

It’s best to connect with me for a complimentary strategy session first, so we can openly assess how much support you’re likely to need.

During our initial strategy session, I tell each and every one of my clients: you are not broken, and you do not need to be fixed.

With that truth held in our hearts, we’ll determine — together — if you’d be best served by a one-off session, or a series of sessions. I call myself a “couture coach” — meaning, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. We’ll tailor a strategy that speaks to YOU.

What types of people do you coach, and what types of results can I expect?

I work exclusively with women who want to:

  • grieve, forgive and RELEASE past trauma and abuse
  • create a physical + emotional game-plan, to contend with a new diagnosis
  • soar through major life transitions, including divorce + heartbreak
  • step away from self-sabotage, quit smoking + re-build wellness patterns
